Work areas Public Policy
Many of the problems in the public-sector stem not only from the absence of laws, institutions and qualified personnel, but by the absence of coherent, flexible and efficient public policies that should be public oriented. CELAEP’s area of public policy is focused on providing solutions to these problems through counseling and technical assistance in the field of public policy. We support central government agencies and local governments throughout Ecuador.
