Work areas Governance and Local Development
Our work focuses on counseling and technical assistance to local governments in the framework of the New Public Management Law. Without ignoring the global processes, we center on how local governments can develop from the implementation of criteria of quality, efficiency and effectiveness. We promote the criterion of a customer-oriented management based on greater delegation of power to policy makers to act with flexibility and improve services.
